Let me introduce myself.

Hello

I am a writer and producer with over twenty years experience in news, documentary and podcasts, specializing in social interest programming. I am an expert in post-production workflows, quickly synthesizing complex material to create dynamic story structures.

Much of my work involves putting the spotlight on underserved topics in the culture, from the effect of porn and technology on our culture (Netflix’s Hot Girls Wanted) to the experiences of the chronically ill (Netflix’s Afflicted) to the lives of addicts and alcoholics across America (A&E’s Intervention.)

This work includes arc-ed docu-series, anthologies, informational programming and intimate verité, all with the goal of spreading compassion and understanding in the culture through the exploration of complex subject matters.

My work has been featured across numerous network, cable and streaming platforms, has premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and won PRISM, Vision and Emmy Awards.

My mission

My approach is grounded in principles of intersectional feminism, acknowledging that there are many gaps in the industry that need to be filled.

I am committed to uplifting underrepresented voices, promoting equitable opportunities for all, and advocating for more flexible working arrangements that allow for better work/life balance, with the goal of creating a documentary industry that truly reflects the diverse perspectives and experiences of our world.
